The Triple Threat for the World Trade Organization: Appellate Body Appointments, "Trade Wars", and the New World of Mega-Regional Agreements
主讲人：Markus Wagner
澳大利亚伍伦贡大学法学院（University of Wollongong School of Law）副教授，曾在英国华威大学（University of Warwick）、美国迈阿密大学（University of Miami）、德国海德堡比较公法和国际法马普所（the Max Planck Institute for Comparative Public Law and International Law in Heidelberg）等院校工作。毕业于德国吉森大学（University of Giessen）法学院、美国斯坦佛大学法学院（Stanford Law School）。现为Journal of World Investment and Trade副主编、Journal of Law in Context和G?ttingen Journal of International Law咨询委员；并任Society of International Economic Law执行副会长、曾任Junior International Law Scholars Association联合主席。研究领域包括国际法、宪法和比较法。目前主要研究兴趣为第二、三代贸易障碍、全球贸易和投资机制的比较研究。系列研究成果已经或者即将发表在the Journal of World Trade、the Harvard Journal of International Law、the University of Pennsylvania Journal of International Law、the Vanderbilt Journal of Transnational Law和the Fordham International Law Journal等期刊。
