主讲人简介：Michael Held先生现任纽约州联邦储备银行总法律顾问、法务副执行总裁、银行管理委员会成员，在纽约州联邦储备银行内负责法律、银行申请、合规、公司秘书办、执行部门以及记录管理等多个部门，Michael Held先生曾就读于康奈尔大学并获学士学位，后就读于纽约大学并获法学博士学位，曾先后就职于Kaye Scholer LLP和McDermott, Will & Emery, LLP律师事务所。

Michael Held is general counsel and executive vice president of the Legal Group at the Federal Reserve Bank of New York. He oversees the day-to-day operations of the group, which include Legal, Bank Applications, Compliance, the Corporate Secretary’s Office, Federal Reserve Law Enforcement Unit and Records Management. He is also on the Bank’s Management Committee. Prior to joining the Bank, Mr. Held was an associate at McDermott, Will & Emery, LLP in the litigation department and prior to that, he was an associate at Kaye Scholer LLP in the labor and employment department. Mr. Held holds a bachelor's degree from Cornell University in Human Service Studies and a juris doctor degree from New York University School of Law.
