“商法统一化：国际趋势及中国回应”国际研讨会
由罗马国际统一私法协会（UNIDROIT ）、联合国世界粮食和农业组织（FAO）、国际农业发展基金组织（IFAD）、中国商务部和对外经济贸易大学等主办、对外经济贸易大学法学院、对外经济贸易大学商法统一化研究中心、中国法学会—对外经济贸易大学一带一路法治研究基地、《经贸法律评论》编辑部承办的“商法统一化：国际趋势及中国回应”国际研讨会将于2019年7月8日、9日在对外经济贸易大学隆重举行。会议相关信息如下：
一、会议背景
在建设开放型经济新体制的背景下，随着进一步扩大开放和“一带一路”倡议的顺利实施，我国对外经济交往更加频繁，国际贸易和资本流动等规模更加庞大。在此背景下，对国际商事法律制度的协调和统一化研究以及立法参与的重要性日益凸显。
鉴此，“国际统一私法协会”（UNIDROIT，罗马）、商务部条法司和对外经济贸易大学将联合就UNIDROIT起草形成的系列重要文件，包括《国际商事合同通则》（2016年第四版）, 《开普敦移动设备国际利益公约》及《卢森堡铁路设备议定书》、《矿业、农业和工程设备议定书》、《订单农业法律指南》和《农业用地投资合同法律指南》等国际商事统一化方面的最新趋势和发展动向进行深入探讨，并促进这些法律文本在中国的理解和适用。
UNIDROIT秘书长Ignacio Tirado先生、副秘书长Anna Veneziano女士等法律官员以及上述相关文件的工作组核心专家、联合国国际粮农组织（FAO）、国际农业发展基金组织（IFAD）等国际组织相关议题负责人出席本次会议。会议邀请中国商务部、最高人民法院、工业与信息化部、农业部、交通运输部、自然资源部、中国银行保险监督管理委员会、中国国际贸易促进会、中国国际经济贸易仲裁委员会、北京仲裁委员会等国内相关部委和机构负责人及学术界嘉宾、相关业务律师事务所实务精英以及曾在UNIDROIT访问或访学的各界人士等共同研讨交流，旨在促进对UNIDROIT重要法律文件的密切关注，并加强我国对国际商事立法统一化最新动向的跟踪研究和及时回应，助力我国对国际商事规则及立法的参与和话语权，为“一带一路”倡议的顺畅实施创造良好的法治和营商环境。
二、会议主题
本次会议的议题主要包括：
- 《开普敦移动设备国际利益公约铁路议定书》相关法律问题（7月8日上午）。
- 《开普敦移动设备国际利益公约MAC议定书》框架下的跨境担保融资、法律适用和中国参与的经济效益分析、实务部门的观点和分享（7月8日上、下午）。
- 正在起草中的《农业用地投资合同法律指南》主要内容、中国视角下的相关法律问题（含公法和私法以及国际法和国内法、争端解决等视角）（7月8日下午）。
- 《国际商事合同通则》2016年最新版本及其在中国适用的相关问题探讨、《国际商事合同通则》第四版中文版发布；《农业订单合同法律指南》核心内容、在中国适用的相关法律问题（7月9日上午）。

地点：对外经济贸易大学国际交流大厦2层
