Teaching

Her teaching and research focus on international commercial dispute resolution and international sale of goods law. She was awarded the Fulbright Senior Research Scholar Fellowship in 2017 and served as a Visiting Scholar at Harvard Law School in 2018.

She has long been engaged in teaching courses on international commercial dispute resolution, international sale of goods law, and legal English. she has consistently ranked in the top 10% of university-wide teaching evaluations and received multiple teaching awards at both the municipal and university levels.

Research Projects

She has led or participated in a number of significant research projects, including "Legal Issues of Third-Party Funding in Arbitration" sponsored by the China Law Society, "Research on Cross-Border E-Commerce Consumer Dispute Resolution Mechanisms" funded by the Ministry of Education's Humanities and Social Sciences Research Program, and the "Special Study on Online Arbitration" jointly undertaken by the Legislative Affairs Office of the State Council and the European Union. In 2021, as a core team member, she completed a research project commissioned by the China International Economic and Trade Arbitration Commission (CIETAC) on "The Application of the United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG) in Chinese Arbitration". The Chinese edition, Application of the CISG in Chinese Arbitration, has been published by Law Press China, and the English edition has been submitted to the UNCITRAL Library. In 2024, as the principal member, she completed the CIETAC-commissioned project on "Recognition and Enforcement of CIETAC Awards Abroad," with the resulting publication, Selected Cases on Overseas Recognition and Enforcement of CIETAC Awards, published by Law Press China.

She currently serves as an arbitrator at the China International Economic and Trade Arbitration Commission (CIETAC), the Shenzhen Court of International Arbitration (SCIA), and several other arbitration institutions. She is listed on the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area Panel of Arbitrators and has been appointed as a China Expert for the Asia-Pacific Economic Cooperation (APEC) Online Dispute Resolution Framework.
