UIBE Law School encourages students to participate in moot court competitions. Our teams have distinguished themselves in major international competitions. In 2017, UIBE set a record for Chinese law schools by taking 3rd place in the FDI Asian Moot Court Competition, 4th place in the FDI Global Moot Court Competition, reaching the round of 16 finalists in the Price Media Law Moot Court Competition and placing in the top 32 teams in the worldwide Willem C. Vis Moot International Commercial Moot Court Competition.In March 2018, UIBE ranked in the top four teams in the Asian round of the ELSA-WTO Moot Court and will go on to compete in the global round in Geneva.
