• Provided legislative Consultation services, as an expert, to China Banking Regulatory Commission (CBRC) regarding the Drafting of Chinese Regulation on Bank Restructuring and Bankruptcy, from 2011 to present;

• Drafted the Regulations of the P. R. China on the Promotion of Trade in Services，2010

• Deliver as an Chinese expert an expert report to United States District Court Eastern District of New York for the case of Animal Science Products, Inc., et al. v. Hebei Welcome Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd., et al., Case No. 1:05-CV-00453(BMC)(JO) (E.D.N.Y.) in Sept. 2012.
