    International Commercial Law (including Comparative Company Law and Comparative Security Law which has been selected as “Elaborate Course” on national level in 2005); Private International Law; Corporate Merger and Acquisition Law( stock acquisition and asset restructure); Tax Law (including VAT, Income tax, Consumption tax, Business tax Law); International Economic Law (Neutrality Rules in International Competitive; International Carbon Emissions Trading Rules)

  • Participated in the drafting of Survey Rules of International Competitiveness of Industries( Ministry of Commerce);

  • Participated in the drafting of Provisions of the Supreme People's Court on Various Issues Concerning the Trial of Cases involving Disputes Relating to Foreign-invested Enterprises (1) (Supreme People's Court);

  • Provided personal opinion on the revision of China Securities Law during the interview conducted by journalist from Securities Daily in May, 2013;

  • Provided personal opinion on the issues of EU Anti-dumping Duties towards China PV companies during the interview conducted by journalist from Oriental Financial.
