Research Projects

  • Participated and served as project secretary in the project hosted by Professor Chen Guangzhong: Study on the Modification of Macau Criminal Procedure Code, commissioned by the Macao SAR Government Legal Reform Office and the Macao University of Science and Technology;

  • Participated and served as project secretary in the project hosted by Professor Chen Guangzhong: Reform and Improvement of China Criminal Trail Procedure in the Second Instance, cooperated with the Supreme People's Court and financed by Ford Fund;

  • Participated in one of the China Law Society project series: A Comparative Study on China and Foreign Judicial System, commissioned by the Central Political and Law Commission;

  • Participated in the China Law Society project hosted by Professor Song Yinghui: Study on Juvenile Criminal Justice Reform, and was responsible for one of the sub-topics—Minor Criminal Record Elimination.
